As a Philippines passport holder, I’m sure you would understand that while it is fun to travel around the globe, it can be a pain to get visas – or is it? Well, Good news! Now Philippine passport holders can now travel to 63 countries and territories visa-free! These visa-free countries is a good way to start your around the world trip this 2018, even just one at a time!

Here is a list of countries and territories where Pinoys can travel visa-free, according to Rappler. Countries marked with (*) will be issued a visa on arrival, while those with (**) will be issued an electronic travel authority upon arrival:

Currently, Taiwan is not on the list of places that allow Filipinos visa-free. However, as Taiwan’s visa-free initiative is on a 9-month trial period from November 1, 2017, until July 31, 2018.

Futheremore, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, in a press briefing, stated the government is working to improve access to other countries. Roque said “We are assuring everyone that our people at the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) will continue to work toward securing visa-free access of Filipinos to more countries,”
